The products we offer are foods and dietary supplements. Therefore, special food safety rules apply to returns.
14-Day Return Policy
You may cancel your order and return the product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened, with its original packaging and safety seal or foil intact.
Opened or unsealed foods and dietary supplements cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene (Art. 57, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act).
- Notify us within the 14-day period at 0887 720 142 or at office.powerbeauty@gmail.com, stating your order number.
- Ship the product back to us or bring it to our physical store at 83 “Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi” Blvd., Sofia. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We will refund the amount within 14 days of the notification, once we have received the product.
When can I file a complaint?
- the product is past its expiration date;
- the packaging is damaged or was open upon delivery;
- you received a different product, flavor, or pack size from the one you ordered;
- the product does not match the description on the website.
How do I file a complaint?
Contact us at 0887 720 142 or at office.powerbeauty@gmail.com. Provide your order number and send a photo of the product and its packaging. We recommend checking the shipment with the courier. We will review the complaint within 14 days and will either replace the product or refund its amount. For a justified complaint, delivery costs are on us.
