This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the website, place an order, or talk to our virtual consultant Miss Beauty, why we do so, and what your rights are.

2. What Data We Process and Why
- Orders: name, phone, email, delivery address or office, order contents and value, payment method. Purpose: fulfilling the order and contract, delivery, invoicing. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6, para. 1, point “b” of the GDPR) and legal obligations (point “c”), e.g., accounting and tax legislation.
- Profile: name, email, password (encrypted), addresses, order history. Purpose: managing your profile, quick orders, Club Power&Beauty. Legal basis: contract.
- Club Power&Beauty: purchase turnover for the last 3 months, card number and card level. Purpose: automatic issuance and maintenance of the loyalty card. Legal basis: contract (program terms).
- Distributors: company details and contact person details. Purpose: business relations. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- Communication: emails and phone messages, complaints. Purpose: customer service and responding to inquiries. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies necessary for the website to function (cart, profile login). Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and website functionality.
3. Virtual consultants Miss Beauty and Mister Power
Miss Beauty and Mister Power are two virtual consultants with the same capabilities; everything below about Miss Beauty also applies to Mister Power.
Miss Beauty is a virtual consultant based on artificial intelligence. She answers questions about dietary supplements and the products in the store. The information she provides is for educational purposes and is not medical advice.
- The text of your messages is sent for processing to the Claude artificial intelligence service by Anthropic, which formulates the response.
- Voice: when you speak, speech recognition is performed by your browser (e.g., Google Chrome or Apple Safari, depending on your device). Responses are read aloud by a speech synthesis service (Microsoft Azure or ElevenLabs), to which only the text of the response is sent.
- Without a profile: the conversation is stored only in your browser until you close the tab. To protect against abuse, an anonymized (hashed) identifier of your IP address and the number of messages are temporarily stored (for up to 24 hours).
- With a profile: Miss Beauty uses your name, your Club level, and your purchases from the last year to advise you more accurately, and keeps your last conversations in your profile so that they can be continued. She remembers short notes (e.g., goal, training frequency) only after your explicit consent. You can view and delete what has been remembered via “What I Remember About You,” and the history via “Delete History” under the consultant window.
- Ordering through Miss Beauty: if you request it, Miss Beauty can prepare your delivery details (name, phone, email, address or office). These are used only to fill in the order form and are not saved in her notes.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract/pre-contractual relations (consultation at your request) and your consent for remembering notes.
Please do not share data in the conversation that is not needed for the consultation (e.g., document numbers or bank card details, detailed health data). In case of illness, medication use, pregnancy, or breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Miss Beauty does not provide consultations in such cases.
4. Who We Share Data With
- Courier companies (Speedy, Econt) – delivery data.
- Payment services (e.g., BORICA) – for card payments; card data is entered directly with the payment operator and is not stored by us.
- Hosting and technical providers of the website and email.
- Anthropic (Claude) – the text of conversations with Miss Beauty; Microsoft (Azure) and/or ElevenLabs – the text of responses for voice output. Some of these providers are located in the USA; transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
- Government authorities – when required by law.
We do not sell personal data and do not provide it to third parties for advertising.
5. Retention Periods
- Order and invoice data – in accordance with accounting and tax legislation (up to 10 years).
- Profile – until you close it.
- Conversations with Miss Beauty in your profile – the last 60 messages; you can delete them at any time.
- Anonymized data for abuse prevention – up to 24 hours.
6. Your Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to office.powerbeauty@gmail.com. You have the right to file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation: cart, profile login, security, and remembering settings (e.g., language and consultant voice). Without them, the website cannot function properly. If we use cookies for statistics or advertising in the future, we will enable them only with your consent.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Last updated: November 2026.
