Every registered customer automatically builds turnover from their purchases. When your turnover for the last 3 months reaches 250 €, you receive a loyalty card with a discount on every subsequent purchase.
Tiers
−5%Club 5from 250 € over 3 months
−7%Club 7from 450 € over 3 months+ seminars, events and trainings
−10%Club 10from 650 € over 3 months+ seminars, events and trainings
Bonus for Club 7 and Club 10: participation in seminars, events and trainings for free or at special prices.
How It Works
- Register on the website and shop as usual.
- Turnover is calculated over the last 3 months and updated with every purchase.
- Once you reach the threshold for a higher tier, your discount increases immediately.
- Every 3 months your tier is reviewed. If your turnover is below the threshold, your card drops one tier, but never below 5 %.
- The discount is automatically applied in your cart.
- You can see your turnover, your tier and how much is left until the next tier in “My Profile” → “Loyalty Card.”
The discount does not apply to products on promotion. Turnover is calculated excluding delivery.
