Legal Counsel is an individual agent who manages litigation against Shell group companies in the US, identifies emerging legal risks, works with Shell group companies to proactively manage and avoid potential litigation, and works with corporate and legal leadership to align litigation strategy with Shell`s business drivers and strategic ambitions.
