This research guide introduces library users to legal research on Westlaw, including retrieval of documents by citation; Search and search of jurisprudence, statutes, forms and other documents; and document printing. Prior to retirement and return of capital or related capital loans, the Cooperation may deduct from capital loans or related capital loans any amount owed by the patron or former patron of the cooperative, including reasonable compound interest and late fees determined by the Board of Directors. Reference services by telephone, email or fax are limited to short and specific reference and information questions, references and/or suggestions from sources. The cooperative shall notify each patron each year of the dollar amount of capital loans or related capital loans allocated or credited to it during the applicable fiscal year.
